Policy regarding cancellation, no-shows, and late arrivals

/Late Arrivals:
If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a rescheduling may be necessary.

/Cancellations:
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We request that you reschedule or cancel your reserved services with at least 24 hours notice.  Multiple last minute cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of service.

/No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without a call to cancel an appointment will be considered a 'no-show'. After a no-show appointment, prepayment of the services will be required before your next appointment.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Thank you for understanding and respecting our policy. This policy is also provided to you via the booking confirmation email which is sent out whenever a new service/appointment is booked.
